Disclaimer – Appointment Cancellation Policy
This disclaimer outlines the rights and responsibilities of consumers in accordance with South African consumer protection laws and our clinic’s cancellation policy regarding facial treatment appointments.
In terms of the Consumer Protection Act, 2008 (CPA), consumers have the right to cancel advance bookings; however, service providers may impose a reasonable cancellation fee. Our clinic applies the following cancellation policy:
- Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance – No charge (free cancellation).
- Cancellations between 48 and 24 hours before the appointment – 40% of the treatment cost will be charged.
- Cancellations on the day of the appointment – 70% of the treatment cost will be charged.
- No-shows (failure to attend without notice) – 100% of the treatment cost will be charged.
For Tuesday appointments, cancellations must be made by Saturday before 16:00 to avoid any fees.

Package Deals
For clients who have pre-paid for treatment packages, the same cancellation percentages will be deducted from their package balance. If the deducted amount is higher than the value of a single session, the client will be required to pay the difference when booking a new appointment.
These charges are in place to cover costs associated with reserving your time slot. We understand that emergencies happen, so we encourage clients to contact us as soon as possible to reschedule.
